Operating Instructions for Press

1.Insert pump handle in 7/811 hole infront of pump.

2.Place object to be compressed on surface of 611 x 1011 ram casting. Object must always be centered on casting surface to avoid uneven pressures.

3.Open release valve handle 1/2 turn with left hand, raise pump handle with right hand until object is in contact with bottom surface of crown. Tighten release valve handle. CAUTION: ONLY A SLIGHT FINGER PRESSURE IS NECESSARY TO CLOSE RELEASE VALVE. DO NOT FORCE.

4.Pump slowly until desired guage pressure is obtained. (See step 4 below)

5.When desired operation is completed, open release valve handle and remove load.
