Earle's Broccoli and Ham

1 can (6.25 oz.) Hormel Chunk ham, drained
2 cups chopped frozen broccoli, cooked, drained
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
dash cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 375F. Break ham into chunks. Combine broccoli and ham; divide equally into two individual casserole dishes. Over medium heat, melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour. cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. gradually stir in milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add balance.
