Chocolate Covered Peanut Bar
4 cup rice kirspies
1 lb powdered sugar
2 cups + 2 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
1/4 lb. butter melted 9works better when hot)
Mix all together. Shape as desired; place on cookie sheet to dry and chill. Dip in chocolate chips to which you have added a bit of parafin, a large [2/3 bar] hershey bar and vanilla. Almond bark makes a good substitute.
There were several copies of this. Appears to be the same. This comes from the kitchen of Gertrude Aima via J.D. Makes about 5 dozens.
