BROWN BREAD AND NUT SANDWICHES

1 pt. of cream whipped very stiff,

½ t lemon juice (generous),

Pinch of salt,

Dash of red pepper,

1 c of pecans or hickory nuts, chopped fine.

Spread on thin slices of brown bread.
