Comment: This webber dispairs with making heads or tails of the many different nutrition and health-related sites out on the web. Although the focus of the site is on food and its composition and effect, one can not disregard the reason for the study of food - to help the consumer have a diet to give them an optimum quality of life. Just working on the "food aspect" is all consuming. If anyone wishes to "sponsor" and work up the nutrition and health aspect I would be willing to consider giving them the opportunity. Contact at food@oregonstate.edu.
