NANNYBERRY, SHEEPBERRY, WILD RAISIN (Viburnum lentago), is a spring-flowering viburnum shrub. The white blossom clusters give way to flat clusters of oval, green summer berries ripening to blue blackberries on coral-red stems. The drooping fruits are juicy, contain a solitary stone, and are sweetened by early frosts.
