is rice soaked in hot water then drained. Pine nuts, chopped onions, chopped, browned lamb's liver, currants, spices (allspice, cinnamon, and pepper), and cubed tomatoes are added to the rice then hot consommÚ is poured over to cook. After resting twenty minutes, the dish is served.
