is a light sweet yeast dough, traditionally baked in small flowerpot-shaped tins. After baking, the dough is pricked and a light sugar syrup poured over while both are warm. A sprinkle of rum, a garnish of candied fruit, and a dab of whipped cream complete the dessert.
