If there were two isomers of triglycerides B, one having "hydrogen" in CIS form and the other in the TRANS form, which would likely have the higher melting point? Why?

That in the trans form will likely have a lower melting point as the triglycerides in the TRANS form can align better. The good example is oleic fatty acid with fatty acids in CIS form with melting point of ~16C and elaidic fatty acids with TRANS form and a melting point of ~43C.
The reason for this is the trans form of an unsaturated fatty acid does not fit together nearly as well as the CIS form.
