Is drinking of tea important to my health?
| to Top |
Mr. Curry reported a study of 1,900 heart attack victims that found that those who drank the most tea before their heart attacks - about 19 cups a week- were 44% less likely than nondrinkers to die int he three to four years afterward. Other studies have found that regular tea drinks seem to have a lwoer risk of heart attacks.
The reason may be due to the flavonoids in the tea. More research needs to be done.
