To keep up with the demand for Hispanic baked products, I want to add dulce de leche to our product line. Can you help? G.H., Aurora, Ore. to Top

Dule de leche (milk jam) is used in many South American desserts as filling or as a spread for bread or toast. It also is wonderful on bagels and as an ice cream topping. Boil sweetened condensed milk in a water bath for two hours, making sure that the water level is always correct. Be sure to cool the cans completely before opening.
