I know that crispy rice treats should be one of the simplest things to make, however I can't get it right. Can you help me?

Even when I make crispy rice treats, I use a tested formula, so I can maintain my high standard every time. The following formula yields one large sheetpan.
Crispy rice treats
Ingredients| Metric | Lbs. | ozs |
| Butter or margarine | 100 g. | | 3.5 |
| Marshmallows, large | 1.36 kg. | | |
| Crispy rice cereal | 550 g | 3 | 3.5 |
| Peanut butter | 150 g | | 5.25 |
| or M&M or chocolate pieces, optional. |
| Total appr. Wt. | 2.16 kg. | 6 | 12 |
Method: Melt the butter or margarine and marshmallows over low heat. Add the rice crispies, stir until well distributed and press into a prepared sheet pan. Cool lightly, and cut into desired portions.
