Each attendee will need to make their own housing and transportation arrangements. The two air flight possibilities are the Portland International Airport or the Eugene Airport. Rental cars are available at both airports. Anthony's Airporter (1550 NW 9th, Corvallis OR 97330 voice mail 541-753-7831) shuttle is available from Portland.
Although there is a taxi service in Corvallis, a shuttle will be available for the mixer, and at the beginning and end of the day from a core stop around the Ramada Inn, Best Western Grand Manor and the Salbasgeon. For those with cars and transportation, there is free university parking near the CH2M Center.
There is a range of housing available. Reservations may be made with the motel or by calling The Corvallis Convention and Visitors Center at 1-800-334-8118. Listing with phone numbers is available on request. Check the World Wide Web site (http://culture.orst.edu) or send a self addressed envelope indicating information requested.
Those with travel trailers or vans can park overnight in the Gill coliseum unpaved lot free of charge. However, we request all be a good camper be quiet and clean up before you leave.
