Each attendee will need to make their own housing and transportation arrangements. In discussing air transportation arrangements, be aware that there are two possibilities, the Portland International Airport (Anthony's Airporter, 1550 NW 9th, Corvallis, OR 97330) which rarely is closed due to the weather but is approximately two hours from Corvallis, or the Eugene Airport that is occasionally closed down due to fog in the Fall and Spring. However, the Eugene Airport is only about an hour away.
Although there is a taxi service in Corvallis, a shuttle will be available for the mixer, and at the beginning and end of the day from a core stop around the Ramada Inn, Best Western Grand Manor and the Sebastian. For those with cars and transportation, there is free university parking near the CH2M Center.

Those with travel trailers or vans can park overnight in the Gill Colsium unpaved lot free of charge. Parking signs indicating conference will be available. However, we request all be a good camper be quiet and clean up before you leave.
