Use the Orange Cash account on your OSU ID card to make purchases at campus dining locations, vending machines, Printing & Mailing and more. More than 25 campus restaurants, cafes and markets offer an automatic 10% discount when you use your Orange Cash for in-person transactions.

 

Accepted across campus
Orange Cash accounts allow

  • A 10% discount on in-person transactions made at participating Corvallis campus dining locations and at the OSU-Cascades dining center.

  • Exclusive discounts and special offers by email. (Please review all coupon limitations and restrictions.)

  • Convenience of using your OSU ID. No more need for a bank card or cash.

  • Ability to track dollar balances using the MyCard website.

  • Convenience of adding additional spendable dollars to your Orange Cash account online via the MyCard website using applicable credit or debit card. (Can make additional deposits between $25 and $500 per transaction.)

  • Option to add spendable dollars in person at the OSU ID Center in 103 Memorial Union with cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.

  • Continued membership. Orange Cash carries over from term to term and year to year as long as you are affiliated with Oregon State University. (When leaving the university, any remaining balance can be refunded minus a nominal administrative fee.)

Orange Cash is a program offered through a partnership between University Housing & Dining Services (UHDS), the Memorial Union and the OSU ID Center. It allows users, who are Oregon State University students, staff, faculty and other affiliated guests, to load money into the Orange Cash account on their OSU ID card, then use their card to make purchases at participating campus locations or for services such as robot food delivery. Orange Cash users are also eligible for special Orange Cash-related discounts and special offers.

Terms and conditions include:

  • In order to participate and receive Orange Cash discounts and offers, you must have made an initial Orange Cash account deposit of at least $25 and no more than $500.

  • Funds are not transferable between Orange Cash and UHDS Dining Dollars, or any other accounts.

  • Coupon limitations and restrictions may apply.

  • Add additional spendable dollars to your Orange Cash account via:

    • the MyCard website ($25 minimum -$500 maximum deposits. Must use applicable credit or debit card for transaction.)

    • in-person at the OSU ID Center in 103 Memorial Union with cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard

  • Orange Cash carries over from term to term and year to year as long as you are affiliated with the university. (When leaving the university, you can obtain any remaining balance minus a nominal administrative fee.)

  • Membership is free.

 

Consent to receive email

Food@OSU will communicate your Orange Cash benefits and other membership information to you by email and electronic postings on our site. By participating in Orange Cash, you agree to receive communications electronically. You may withdraw this consent by removing yourself from the email list or by requesting to be removed. You should expect membership emails about Orange Cash on a regular basis regarding account information, benefit updates, special offers and member news. If you would like a printed copy of any membership information, you may email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to send it to you. Orange Cash communications will be sent to your ONID address.  If you are using a different email address, please make sure your ONID email is forwarded to your preferred email address.
